Project History

Following a 4 month delay to construction, in August 2010 Brady IPS stepped in to get the project back on track by re-designing and constructing the new office, retail and production fit out for Charlies Cookies in East Bentleigh.

Brady IPS carried out upgrades to the existing building structure and completed a state of the art internal fit out, all in time to meet a construction deadline. Brady IPS complied with all building regulatory and health department requirements.
